I am assuming that the reader has basic knowledge of PSP.

This tag was made using the lovely  kit from Eclipse Creations called Sweet Valentine

Let's Begin

Open EC_sv_Frame2 resize 70%,copy and paste in the center of the new image.

Using magic wand, click inside of frame, go to selections, modify, expand 5

Open EC_SV_P2 copy and paste as new layer, go to selections, invert, hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Drag this under the frame layer.

Open tube of choice, resize if necessary, copy and paste as new layer, erase any parts you do not want to show.

Open EC_SV_CurtainFlowers rezize 50%, copy and paste as new layer a little to the left on the frame.

Open EC_SV_LoveRainbow, copy and paste as new layer on the top of the frame.

Open EC_SV_RibbonBanner, resize 70%, copy and paste lower center of frame

Open EC_SV_Ribbon1, copy and paste as new layer, goto image, free rotate, rotate 45% to the right

place this over the banner layer.

Open EC_SV_lollipop2, resize 65%, copy and paste lower left side of banner.

Open EC_SV_Lovebasket1, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer lower right side of banner

Open EC_SV_HeartApple1, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer just left of the love bucket.

Open EC_SV_Lollipop1, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, go to image, mirror, place overlapping the other lollypop.

Open EC_SV_Branch, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, go to image, rotate right,

goto image, flip, place at bottom slightly to the left.

Open EC_SV_Cupcake1, resize 35%, copy and paset as new layer on the bottom next to the lollipop.

Open EC_SV_Cupcake2, resize 40%, copy and paste lower left slightly overlapping previous cupcake.

Open EC_SV_Cherry, resize 30%, copy and paste lower right.

Open EC_SV_LoveWords2, resize 40%, copy and paste upper right corner.

Open EC_SV_LoveGlove, resize 25%, copy and paste to the upper right of the frame.

Open EC-SV_Butterfly1, resize20%, copy and paste top left side.

Merge all visible, add your artist credits and save.

Let's Start

Open a new image 600x600 transparent background checked.

(OPTIONAL add a white layer to see better, select the flood fill , select white in the color pallet and click on image it will fill automatically)

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE2(9)10% copy and paste as new layer to the left.

Using the pick tool, change the mode to perspective and pull from the corner o your liking.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE2 (10) resize 25%, copy and paste in center as new layer

Using magic wand, click inside of frame, go to selections, modify, expand 5

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_PP1 resize 13%, copy and paste as new layer, go to selections, invert, hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Drag this under the frame layer.

Open tube of choice, resize if necessary, copy and paste as new layer to your liking.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1(46) resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, lower right side of frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance _EE1(45) resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer left side of frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1(23) resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer,middle top of frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1(26) resize 10%, copy and paste top right of frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1 (12) resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer lower center and a little right on the frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_ee1 (6) resize 15%, copy and paste on the left side of the frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_ee1 (16) resize 15%%, copy and paste on the left side of the frame.

Open KSP_venetianRomance EE1 (31) resize 25%, copy and paste lower left of frame.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1 (19) resize 10% copy and paste as new layer on the frame right lower side.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1 (22) resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer on the right side over the ribbon, rotate slightly to the right.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1 (3) resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer on the right side, over the feather.

Open KSP_VenetianRomance_EE1 (7) resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer on the right side, overlap the red flower slightly.
Delete the white layer now if you do not wish to keep it.

Layers, new raster layer, using your text add the artist copyright info and save!

Let's start

Open a new image 600x600, click transparent background.

Open DBS_musical notes 1, resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer

open DBS_moon01, resize 10 copy and paste as new layer upper right side

Open DBS_clocks, resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer, bring down a little and to the right.

Open DBS_frame 5 resize 20,copy and paste as new layer in the center.

click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand 5 ok,

Open DBS_ paper 1 resize 13 copy and paste as new layer, selections, invert and hit the delete key 

drag this under the frame layer.

Open DBS_hearts 1 resize 10, copy and paste to left of frame,

layers duplicate, mirror drag upward a little bit to your liking

Open DBS_heart baloons 2 resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer free rotate slightly to the right

Open DBS_heart balloons 1 resize 10% copy and paste as new layer on the left side of the frame

Open DBS_flowers 1 resize 10% copy and paste as new layer bottom right of the frame

Open and resize your tube if necessary, copy and paste as new layer to the left of the frame.

Open DBS_butterfly 1 7% copy and paste to your liking

Open DBS_puppy resize 7% copy and paste as new layer to the right.

Layers, new raster layer, add your credits and your name.

Merge visible and save.

Just a note

Life is short. It seems like forever when we are living it but in the end it was all to fast.

I have held grudges against people for a long time and realized in the last few days, I should not be that way, even though it hurts my heart. Forgiveness is the key. I am not saying to forget all the things that are done, but learn from them. If your heart is open to the world, it will be beat up and bruised. Family is top of the list for this. They are the ones that truly love you the most and are the ones that hurt you the most because they know where to hit. Just remember if you chose to throw a blow, they are your family, the only one you get.

Sometimes it takes just a moment to realize. I have wasted years harboring angry feelings over something that was said, and now I am letting it go. I do not know if some of my family will feel the same or not, it makes no difference to me.  I am letting people back into my life if they chose to come, but will be ever so careful of what I let happen to me. 

When I lost my father, it was the worse thing that has ever happen to me. The whole thing is burned into my mind and I think of him and cry every day still. I am just thankful that we were always good to each other and in the end there was no regrets. My husband lost his father yesterday. Now neither of us have a dad. The end. It really sucks. To their children, dads are our heros no matter how old we may be and the loss of them is like no other.

In light of my father in law passing unexpectedly Sunday 1/15/12, the last few tags will  not have tutorials written for them. Thank you for your understanding and compassion.

Using your selelction tool on the magic wand, click inside the frame,

selections, modify, expand 3. keep this selection active.

Open PHF_Paper 5 resize 20 % copy and paste as new layer, selections, invert, and hit the delete button on the keyboard

drag this under the frame layer.

Open your tube, resize as necessary, copy and paste as new layer. Position to your liking.

Erase any parts you do not want to show.

Open PHF_BR1 resize 15%, copy and paste on the right side of the frame

Open PHF_Br17 resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer on the right of the frame

Open PHF_BR14, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer on right

Open PHF_BR2 resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer on the right, in the center of the gear.

Open PHF_BR21 20%, copy and paste on the left side of the frame.

Open PHF_BR9 resize 15%, copy and paste at the bottom of the frame

Layers, duplicate, image mirror.

Open PHF_BR15, resize 15%, copy and paste bottom, center of frame

Open PHF_BR11, rezise 15%, copy and paste as new layer, place on one of the balloons,

Erase any parts that over hang, do this for the other two balloons as well,

erasing any parts hanging over the edges.

Add any drop shadows if you chose, I did not use any.

Layers, new raster layer, Add your credits and save.

Transparent background checked

Open WP_YHB_tree, resize 85% copy and paste as new image to the left

Open WP_YHB_wagon, resize 50%, copy and paste as new image to the lower right

Open WP_YHB_horse, resize 70%, copy an paste as new layer center of image

Open WP_YHB_sun, resize 30%, copy and paste as new image to the right of the tree

Open WP_YHB_cattail, resize 50%, copy and paste at the back wheel of the wagon

leave this open, we use it again later

Open WP_YHB_leaves, resize 40%, copy and paste in front of the wagon

Open WP_YHB_wheel, resize 40%, copy and paste in front of tree 

Go back to WP_YHB_cattail, copy and paste on the right side of the wheel, 

layers, duplicate and place on the left side of the wheel.

Open WP_YHB_plane, resize 40%, copy and paste on the left side of the wheel, over the cattail.

Open WP_YHB_rope, resize 40%, copy and paste at the bottom of the wheel.

Open WP_YHB_spur3, resize 8%, copy and paste in the middle of the rope, 

layers duplicate place to the right and slightly rotate.

Open WP_YHB_ saddle resize 40%, copy and paste on top of the wheel.

Open WP_YHB_horseshoes, resize 30% copy and paste under the saddle.

Open your tube, resize if necessary and paste in center or to your liking.

Add drop shadows if you chose I did not use any on this tag.

Layers, merge, merge visible.

Add a new raster layer and add your credits and save.

Then add your name and you're done!
